To ask the Minister for Health the reason two persons (details supplied) in County Donegal who are in receipt of a disability allowance had their wages stopped by the Health Service Executive for their work in the workshop in St. Conal's Hospital, Letterkenny, County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
