To ask the Minister for Health in relation to the Health Service Executive's 2015 service plan which provides for the recruitment of two additional children's outreach nurses in 2015, one of which was to be allocated to serve families in County Donegal, if these appointments have been made and if these personnel are now in place; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
