The person named submitted an application for the 2015 Basic Payment/Areas of Natural Constraint Schemes which was received in the Department on 22 April 2015. The application has been examined and includes a commonage parcel for which no commonage evidence was supplied. An Official of the Department has requested this evidence which outlines the right of the person named to claim this particular land parcel. On receipt of same, the application will be further examined with a view to issuing payment at the earliest possible juncture.
