184. To ask the Minister for Finance why a company (details supplied) in County Kerry is continuing to trade after depriving grant aid, under the farm improvement scheme, to a number of persons in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4399/16]

I am advised by Revenue that having regard to their taxpayer confidentiality obligations, they are not in a position to comment on the tax affairs of a third party or the ability or otherwise of a third party to provide evidence of tax clearance.
