​As Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport I have responsibility for policy and for overall funding in relation to public transport.

My Department does not operate any financial support schemes for the development of commercial facilities of this nature.  Moreover, I have no role in contractual arrangements between the CIE Group and third party contractors.
