To ask the Minister for Finance if any direction pursuant to section 14 of the National Asset Management Agency Act has been made to the agency; if any additional statutory function has been given to the agency pursuant to section 11(3) of the Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A total of six directions, pursuant to Section 14 of the NAMA Act 2009, have been made to the Agency since its inception.

One additional function, pursuant to Section 11(3) of the NAMA Act, has been conferred upon NAMA since inception.
