To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport why bus providers that are awarded licences to operate routes by the National Transport Authority which are non-stop in nature and are in excess of two hours are not required to have a toilet facility on board; if he understands the concerns that vulnerable passengers availing of a non-stop service have in the absence of a toilet facility; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
