To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when outstanding payments are due to issue under the 2015 basic payment scheme and the 2015 areas of natural constraint scheme following a land parcel identification system re-evaluation carried out in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Galway; the outstanding payments due per scheme and per year; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Following a LPIS review of the application of the person named an overdeclaration was discovered. This matter has now been resolved. In 2015 the person named made applications under the Basic Payments Scheme, Areas of Natural Constraint and the Beef Data Scheme. Full payments have issued in respect of these schemes.

An official from my Department has made direct contact with the person named detailing all payments that issued during the 2015 calendar year. In addition to this a 2015 financial statement has issued to the person named. In the event that the person named has any queries regarding this statement he should contact my Department using the contact name provided in the financial statement.
