To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the rate of payments per hectare under the areas of natural constraint scheme; the comparable rates under the disadvantaged areas scheme in 2007 and 2008, by less favoured areas, severely disadvantaged areas and mountain areas; what the maximum number of hectares was, and is, payable on in each case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
