The Agriculture Appeals Office has confirmed that an appeal was received from the person named. An oral hearing was requested and was held on 19 November 2015. All of the facts of the case are being fully considered by the Appeals Officer and a comprehensive decision letter will issue in writing, to the person named, within the next two weeks.
