As I have already informed the Deputy, the processing of this FOI request and the decision of the Information Commissioner are a matter for Sport Ireland and I have no role in the process. I have referred the Deputy's question to Sport Ireland for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to inform my office if a reply is not received within 10 days.
