​I am informed that, in its recent correspondence with the Deputy, Sport Ireland confirmed that it accepts the decision of the Information Commissioner and it will ensure that all aspects of the Information Commissioner's decision will be fully complied with within the permitted timeframe. I understand that the relevant records have been released by Sport Ireland, in accordance with the Information Commissioner's decision.

As I have already informed the Deputy, the processing of this FOI request and the decision of the Information Commissioner are a matter for Sport Ireland and I have no role in the process.
