753. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills why a person (details supplied) in Dublin 9 was denied a reader for the leaving certificate examination despite having dyslexia and literacy scores well below the required threshold. [46585/15]

The State Examinations Commission has statutory responsibility for operational matters relating to the certificate examinations.
The State Examinations Commission operates a scheme of Reasonable Accommodations in the Certificate examinations.
