The Department’s Social Services Office Sligo received registered correspondence from the person concerned on 12 November 2015. Regrettably the correspondence has become mislaid. The Department apologises for this error.
Through the help of your office, the Department has been able to contact the person concerned, who is away from their home at present. Arrangements have been made for the person concerned to bring a copy of the registered correspondence to Dun Laoghaire Intreo Office, following their return, for direct transmission to a specified officer in Sligo. Thereafter, an immediate response will be provided by the Sligo Office.
