RIAs were not carried out on the National Tourism Development Authority (Amendment) Bill 2015, the Transport (Córas Iompair Éireann and Subsidiary Companies Borrowings) Bill 2011 or on the Public Transport Bill 2015 as it was considered that these Bills do not have an impact on the existing regulatory framework.
