To ask the Minister for Health when a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon will be permanently placed on a general practitioner list, why this has not been done to date, if it is acceptable that this patient is passed from general practitioner to general practitioner on a frequent basis, how this provides for continuity of care; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
