The client concerned is in receipt of their maximum entitlement to Rent Supplement based on her weekly income from One Parent Family payment and maintenance. The Department requested the client provide an up to date Rent Supplement form and lease agreement confirming any increase in her monthly rent on 9 December 2015. On receipt of same, client’s ongoing entitlement can be reassessed.
