To ask the Minister for Health the action he will take to ensure that nurses who live here and who seek to undertake a Return to Nursing Course are not tied to the hospital in which they undertake the Course or forced to pay €1,200 to extricate themselves from this condition, or to sign a waiver regarding the payment incentive to undertake the Course.
