The organisation referred to by the Deputy was given special considerations in 2010 with regard to their tenancy in the building in Howth because of the voluntary and social nature of their activity. The Department has received no recent correspondence directly from the organisation with regard to the issues raised by the Deputy. I can confirm that, as always, my officials would be willing to liaise with the organisation in this matter.
