In this instance, an Employment Permit was sought for the position of Shop Assistant, which is on the Ineligible Categories of Employment List. The application was refused and the applicant chose not to seek a review of this decision within the statutory timeframe (which has expired), instead indicating that she would like a refund of the fee. This request is currently being processed.
