To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation further to Parliamentary Question No. 182 of 24 November 2015 and the case of a person (details supplied) in County Carlow, if the review will be undertaken on foot of this parliamentary question; and if he will make a statement on the matter. In this instance, an Employment Permit was sought for the position of Shop Assistant, which is on the Ineligible Categories of Employment List. The application was refused and the applicant chose not to seek a review of this decision within the statutory timeframe (which has expired), instead indicating that she would like a refund of the fee. This request is currently being processed.
