The person concerned is in receipt of carer's allowance (CA) in respect of the care of her son since 2012. I confirm that on the 27 October 2015 the department received an application for CA from the person concerned in respect of a second care recipient, her daughter. The application is currently being processed and once completed, the person concerned will be notified directly of the outcome.
