There are five Special Advisors on staff in my Department. The following table provides a breakdown of gross salary for Special Advisors per annum from 2011 to 2015.

The Live Register series gives a monthly breakdown of the number of people claiming Jobseeker's Benefit, Jobseeker's Allowance and other registrants as registered with the Department of Social Protection.
The most recent Live Register figures available are for November 2015.
Table 1a below shows the number of persons in each local office in County Donegal on the Live Register in January of each year from 2004 to 2015 and the latest November 2015 figures.
Table 1b below shows the annual change in the number of persons in each local office in County Donegal on the Live Register in January of each year from 2005 to 2015.
Table 2a below shows the number of persons in receipt of Jobseeker’s Allowance, Jobseeker’s Benefit and Other Registrants in each local office in County Donegal in April of each year 2005 to 2015 (this information is only available twice yearly in April and October).
Table 2b below shows the annual change in the number of persons in receipt of Jobseeker’s Allowance, Jobseeker’s Benefit and Other Registrants in each local office in County Donegal in April of each year 2006 to 2015 (this information is only available twice yearly in April and October).
In relation to Tables 2a and 2b, 2005 to 2009 data refers to the week of the second last Friday in the reference period. 2010 to 2015 data refers to the week of the last Friday in the reference period. April 2005 data are the earliest data which can be sourced at this time. April 2015 are the latest data published at this level of detail.
It should be noted that the Live Register is not a definitive measure of unemployment as it includes part-time workers, and seasonal and casual workers entitled to Jobseeker's Benefit or Allowance.
