The person named submitted an application under the Basic Payment Scheme on 25 May , 2015.

The person named has requested changes to the reference areas of two land parcels. However, the appropriate maps outlining the requested amendments were not submitted with the request. An official from my Department has been in contact with the person named, and the Department has issued the person named the relevant maps for amendment. On receipt of the required information my Department will further process the application with a view to issuing payment to the nominated bank account of the herd owner in question.
