The person in question is in receipt of invalidity pension. An application for the national fuel scheme (fuel allowance) was received from the person concerned on 17November 2015 and he has been assessed as eligible for fuel allowance with effect from October 2015 - the start of the 2015/16 fuel season. The person in question was notified on 18 November 2015 of this decision.
