The application for disability allowance, based upon the evidence submitted, was refused on medical grounds and the person in question was notified in writing of this decision on 15 October 2015.

Following the receipt of additional medical evidence supplied by your office, this decision will be reviewed by a deciding officer (DO) and the outcome of this review will be notified directly to the person in question.
