To ask the Minister for Health if it is Health Service Executive policy to prevent staff from returning from part-time hours to full-time hours; if it is appropriate that staff members be advised that if they were to reduce their hours to facilitate the care of a sick relative, that hours would not be restored on completion of that care; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
