To ask the Minister for Health if he will investigate reports that the accident and emergency department at St. Luke's Hospital in Kilkenny is understaffed and under-resourced; if the new unit is fully open and operational; if staff are needed for the new unit, or if staff have to be recruited; if he will provide a breakdown of the different categories of staff that are required for this unit; the numbers required; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
