To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the analysis his Department has undertaken of the impact of the creation of a two-tier public service pay structure; his plans to review this situation so that all persons at the same salary scale point earn the same amount when they reach that point, regardless of when they entered the public service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
