119. To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the number of weeks holiday persons on a disability allowance are entitled to; if their allowance is deducted from them if they are abroad for five weeks or more; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [38985/15]

The position is that disability allowance is not payable for any period in respect of which a person is resident outside of the state, except for two or three weeks holiday entitlement in any twelve month period.
