To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of licences that have been applied for in the bays along our coast since 1 January 2010, in total; in each bay, by name, the number granted and refused to date; if he will expedite the application process given that many applicants who are currently waiting are being deprived of making a viable business, and given the huge demand for our shellfish produce in the EU; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
