To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the estimated expenditure of his Department in 2015, in tabular form; the budget for expenditure agreed at the start of the year for 2015; the extra expenditure or savings in this budget during the year to date; when and under what process this expenditure and these savings were approved; and his Department's budget for expenditure in 2016. To date this year there has been a transfer of funding, using the virementprocess,to a llow for an increase of €3.4m on my Department’s ICT expenditure from savings projected to occur in the Market and Income Support allocation. This has been approved by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform.
The actual gross expenditure incurred over the period 1 January to end October was €876.5m.
All elements of expenditure continue to be monitored on an ongoing basi s, and potential savings and additional expenditure are under discussion with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform.
