624. To ask the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs further to Question No. 33 of 21 October 2015, if he will provide a list of the approved organisations and solicitors firms that offer guardian ad litem services; the payments that each of these have received for the timeframe in question; and if he will make a statement on the matter. There is no provision/requirement in the relevant legislation, the Child Care Act 1991, for an approved list of organisations/solicitors firms that offer Guardian ad litemservices.
I have requested the Child and Family Agency to provide directly to the Deputy the information he has requested in relation to payments made to individual organisations or solicitors firms that offer Guardian ad litemservices for the time-frame in question.
