The Agriculture Appeals Office has confirmed that an appeal has been received from the person named. The file and a statement on the appeal have been requested from the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. On receipt of the Department file and statement, the appeal will be assigned to an Appeals Officer. As an oral hearing has been requested in this case, the Appeals Office will be in direct contact with the person named regarding the scheduling of this hearing. All of the facts of the case will be fully considered and a comprehensive decision letter will issue following the oral hearing.
