Directive 2014/52/EU of 16 April 2014 amends Directive 2011/92/EU on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment. The deadline for Member States to transpose Directive 2014/52/EU into national legislation is 16 May 2017. It is my intention to transpose the necessary legislative amendments required by the amending Directive in advance of the set deadline.
