To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of legally held shot guns or hand guns reported stolen from households in each of the past 12 years to date; the extent to which such weapons have been found to have been subsequently used in the committal of crimes; the number of gun-related crimes committed which indicate the use of weapons acquired through other sources; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
