188. To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if she will consider a special dispensation for retired members of the Defence Forces, with no other means other than their pension, to avail of social welfare supports, and participation in various schemes. [36443/15]

The Community Employment Scheme is an active labour market programme with the aim of progression into employment and/or further education and training for jobseekers that have been unemployed for a minimum of one year and in receipt of Jobseekers Allowance.
