Under the Customer Charter and Action Plan 2013-2015, my Department undertakes to provide clear and accurate information to its customers and where requested provide the information in alternative formats such as Braille, audio, or other language (as far as practicable).

The Department is mindful of its obligation to protect customer privacy and will, upon request from a customer, make every effort to correspond directly with them in their requested alternative format.
