To ask the Minister for Health the guidelines, inspections and audits in place to ensure home help services provided through agencies on behalf of the Health Service Executive are of an appropriate standard and are carried out for the full period of time for which they are paid; his views on concerns expressed regarding audits carried out on these services; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
