As previously outlined to the Deputy as recently as last week on the 8^thof October 2015 in response to Parliamentary Question No 47, the client concerned should provide the Department with an up to date Rent Supplement application form and lease agreement in order for their entitlement to be re-assessed. This documentation has not, to date, been received by the Department.
