22. To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection further to Parliamentary Question No. 51 of 24 September 2015, if she will review whether the full amount of disability allowance is payable, given the receipt of new information that the person (details supplied) in County Kildare has no income from self-employment; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The person concerned is currently in receipt of reduced personal rate of disability allowance as he has income from self-employment.

An application for a qualified adult allowance was received and entitlement examined. An increase for qualified adult and a qualified child was awarded with effect from 2 September 2015. Notification of this decision issued to the person concerned on 14 September 2015.

No further information regarding income has been received. Kindly forward documentation of the information received in order to review his entitlement.
