The person concerned has been refused jobseeker's allowance as he is not habitually resident in the state. The person concerned was given a detailed list of the reasons why the payment was refused on 27thJuly 2015; he was also advised of his right to appeal this decision to the independent Social Welfare Appeals Office. An appeal is currently being considered by an Appeals Officer who will advise the person concerned of the outcome.
