50. To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the reason for the cessation of a jobseeker's allowance for a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [35112/15]

The jobseeker’s allowance claim of the person concerned has been suspended since 29thJuly 2015. An inspector of this Department called to the address furnished by the person concerned and was advised that the person concerned did not reside there. The payment was suspended due to this issue. It is open to the person concerned to contact his local office to pursue the issue further.
