The person named did not submit a pplication s for either the 2014 Single Payment and Disadvantaged Areas Scheme s or the 2015 Basic Payment and Areas of Natural Constraint s Scheme s . Therefore, the herd owner has no entitlem ent to payment in either year under the aforementioned schemes.
