The applicant in this case carried out work under the Farm Improvement Scheme. Grant aid amounting to €18,886 has already been paid . However, it has emerged that t he applicant employed the services of a company that did not have tax clearance. The applicant has been advised of the circumstances of the case and the Department’s requirements to enable the remaining grant to be paid.
