I propose to take Questions Nos. 753 and 754 together.

In the case of vehicles registered in 2007 and earlier years, there were a total of 592,885 change of ownership declarations in the period 1 January to 30 September 2015. Some 125,804  of this number relate to changes to motor dealers who are required under law to become the registered owners of vehicles traded in or purchased by them. For vehicles registered in 2008 and subsequent years, there were a total of 292,697 change of ownership declarations in the same period and of these 141,462 relate to changes involving motor dealers.
