To ask the Minister for Health the number of catchment areas that have no permanent Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service consultant; and the number of those areas that are using a locum doctor who is not on the Child Psychiatry Specialist Register of the Medical Council; and if he will provide a list of these areas [34659/15]
