To ask the Minister for Health if he will acknowledge that the psychology and psychiatry departments in University Hospital Waterford are very seriously understaffed; the reason there has been no maternity cover for the psychology service in Tramore in County Waterford; his views that it is unacceptable to have vital positions remaining unfilled, or at least receiving maternity cover; if he will make inquiries into a particular case (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
