513. To ask the Minister for Health if he is aware that a person (details supplied) cannot be accommodated at the Central Remedial Clinic despite experiencing significant pain arising from a condition; if the Health Service Executive will examine ways to ensure that the treatment the person requires can be made available at greater intervals than one month; if the expertise necessary to treat the person's condition can be sourced within Ireland, rather than having to schedule appointments around the visit of a professional from the United Kingdom; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Deputy's question relates to service matters, I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive (HSE) for direct reply to the Deputy. If the Deputy has not received a reply from the HSE within 15 working days, she can contact my Private Office and they will follow the matter up with the HSE.
