The person concerned was originally approved for the payment of a fuel allowance on the 16/12/2013. The entitlement to the fuel allowance of the person concerned will automatically continue for each subsequent season of the payment unless there is a change of circumstances in his household, which if occurs should be notified to this Department. The payment of fuel allowance will begin again week commencing 05/10/2015.
