As detailed to the Deputy in reply to Parliamentary Question No 32660-15 of 24 September 2015, the client concerned should provide the Department with an up to date rent Supplement application form and lease agreement in order for their entitlement to be re-assessed.

The Department has not, to date, received an application for Rent Supplement from the client concerned. They should forward same to be assessed for entitlement to the Mid-Leinster Rent Unit, Po Box 11758, Dublin 24.
